Therapeutic Skin Aesthetics is owned and operated by Carissa Allen, APRN, CRNA.
Carissa has been a nurse for twenty years, a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist for eleven of those years, and is currently an active member of the United States Military going on thirteen years. She has enjoyed every minute of her career because she loves educating her patients on their health and wellbeing.
The older Carissa got, the more she noticed the wrinkles and exhaustion showing on her face. She decided to try botox for the first time a few years ago and was surprised by the positive effects it not only had on her physical features but on her confidence as well. She began thinking about how to she could help others in this way and began taking classes on neuromodulator injections, dermal fillers, and microneedling. She is continuously learning and developing her skills in order to provide the best service to her patients.
Carissa is beyond excited to start this new chapter in her career and to offer her knowledge and expertise in Aesthetics and skincare to others.
